Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE SYNOPSISThe 45th Contracting Squadron has a sole source requirement for Wave Optimized Paks. Period of performance is 30 days after receipt of an award. This is a Sole Source with Transgenomic Inc IAW FAR 6.302-1. Transgenomic Inc is the only source capable of fulfilling the government?s requirement and the manufacture and sole distributor of the Wave Optimized Paks. Transgenomic is the only one responsible source and no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. No solicitation documents exists at this time. This item/service utilizes Standard Industrial Code (SIC) 3826 with a business size of 500 employees and North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code of 334516. Interested firms may identify their capability to respond to this requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes; however, the government will consider any responses from capable sources received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis. 45 CONS/LGCB has determined that Transgenomic Inc is the only source capable of providing this requirement.
