- The United States Attorney Office for the Eastern District of Missouri has a requirement for Grand Jury and Deposition Reporting Services. It is anticipated that a Blanket Purchase Agreement will be awarded for a sixty (60) month period. Offerors must have the capability to establish and office within a fifty (50) mile radius of St. Louis. This notice is prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, NAICS with size standard M. THIS IS A TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE PROCUREMENT. QUOTES ARE BEING REQUESTED. The solicitation number is RFQ-EOA44-6-0107. See ATTACHMENT for the following additional information: Instructions for completion of solicitation package, Schedule of Commercial Services and Prices, Statement of Work and the following clauses 52.212-4 ? Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Item? and 52.212-5 ? Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders-Commercial Items. Offers or quotations will be evaluated in accordance with FAR 13.106-2 and other evaluation factors contained in the solicitation ?Evaluation Criteria?. All questions regarding the RFQ shall be submitted via email to Patricia.Willett@usdoj.gov on or before 12:00 noon est., March 24, 2006. Quotes are due on Tuesday, April 11, 2006 at 4:00 p.m., Eastern Standard Time. LATE Quotations will not be accepted. Quotes shall be sent via e-mail, courier, hand delivered or faxed to The Department of Justice, Executive Office for the U.S. Attorneys, 600 E Street, N.W., Suite 2400, Acquisition, Facilities and Support Services, Washington, D.C. 20530, Attn: Patricia Willett.
