Description
Solicitation Number, SP0406-06-Q-9308, YPG05264000867, NSN: 9150-01-113-2047, Hydraulic Fluid, Fire resistant. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item. This is solicited as Small Business Set-Aside and will result in a Firm Fixed-Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5 for quantity of 471 DR. Unit Drum Contains 55 Gallons. U.N. NUMBER UN3082 Packaging Group PG III Label Required Marine Pollutant. First Article/Contractor Testing is required. This NSN is procured as fully competitive in accordance with a Military/Federal Specification/Standards and/or Voluntary Industry Standards. Refer to Section L, Clause 52.211-9G13 for obtaining such data. I/A/W SPEC NR MIL-H-19457D(SH). BASIC DTD 89 April 12. I/A/W Std NR MIL-STD-290F. REFNO DTD 00 Jul 17. Amend NR DTD Type Number II Shelf Life 24 Months. MSDS and OSHA Hazardous Warning Label are required. FOB: Destination, Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. QAP 004 applies. Requested delivery is 88 days ARO. The RFQ does not contain progress payments. The RFQ contains 100% quantity option. This NSN is not a Critical Application Item or a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The RFQ will be resolicited on March 21, 2006 and close on March 28, 2006.
