- NSN 2540-01-386-8790, Reservoir, Windshield Washer, is being solicited for an Indefinite Quantity Contract. This item has an annual demand quantity of 2,561 each and an annual estimated dollar amount of $38,415.00. The solicitation is 100% set-aside for small business. Specifications, plans or drawings are available. To obtain a CD-ROM for drawings, contact the Long Term Contract Drawing monitor via e-mail: drawingmonnitor@dscc.dla.mil. This proposed procurement contains an option to extend the base year one or more times at the discretion of the Government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Delivery will be to various conus locations. Those businesses who are interested in submitting an offer/quote on this solicitation should contact Denise Broomfield (614)692-4718 prior to the closing date, 05 May 2006. See Note 26. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
