- DESC: THIS SOLICITATION WILL BE FOR AN INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT for one NSN. It will contain an option to extend the contract one or more times at the discretion of the government. The total shall not exceed 5 years. Items will be shipped to various locations within the United States. The estimated annual demand is 1380 each. This requirement is an Unrestricted Procurement and all responsible offers will be considered. The solicitation will be available on the web after April 5, 2006 at http://dibbs.dscc.dla.mil/Solicitations/. The anticipated closing date of the solicitation will be May 5, 2006. A written quotation is required to be returned to the address in block 9, on the first page, of the RFP by the date and time specified. It may also be faxed to 614-692-4275. DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Quotes received after the closing will not be accepted. The NSN that will be solicited is: 2540-00-999-5584, Lunette, Towing, Steel. All Drawings and Specifications will be available on the web after the opening date of the solicitation. The estimated annual dollar amount for the NSN will be $161,736. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final contract award decision will be based upon a combination of factors as described in the solicitation. (Delivery, ABVS score, etc.)
