- Notice concerning registration and date for Pre-Proposal Conference. The date for the Pre-Proposal Conference has been changed from October 13, 2005 to October 18, 2005. The Department of Homeland Security will hold two pre-proposal conference sessions on the EAGLE RFP. The agenda will be limited to a review of the RFP proposal requirements. No technical or strategic topics will be discussed during the two hour-long sessions. Attendance at a pre-proposal conference session is not required to submit a proposal. Registration will open on Monday, October 3,2005. Please register at www.affirm.org. Registration (on a first-come, first-served basis) is required since seating is limited. A maximum of only two representatives from each company will be allowed to register and attend a session. The date of the conference is Tuesday, October 18, 2005. Two identical sessions will be held. The first session will be from 10-11AM and the second will be from 1-2PM. The location is the Department of Commerce Auditorium, 14th St and Constitution Ave, Washington, D.C.. Please enter at the 14th Street entrance between Constitution and Pennsylvania Avenues, which is directly across from the Ronald Reagan Building. For Metro users, use the Federal Triangle stop on the Orange-Blue Lines. If your plans change and you are unable to attend, you may have a substitute attend for you.
