- Description
- The contractor is to provide a complete and operational domestic water and fire line main replacement from the street main to the interior of the building as detailed in the plans and specifications that will be sent as part of the bid package. The contractor is to provide all management, supervision, labor, tools, materials and equipment as required and needed for the completion of this project. Work includes excavation, ground leveling, shrub and grass planting, concrete replacement, plumbing and mechanical. Work is to be completed 30 days from the date the Notice to Proceed is issued. Estimated cost is $35,000 to $60,000. Bid packages will be mailed at that time and will be sent on a disc unless a hard copy is requested. THIS REQUEST FOR SOLICIATION DOES NOT OBLIGATE THE GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AN AWARD. According to FAR 4.11 ALL contractors MUST be registered with the Central Contractor Registration [CCR] at www.ccr.gov. All contractors must also be registered with Online Representations and Certifications [ORCA]at https://orca.bpn.gov/, before accepting the bid package. GSA security clearances will be required. There will be a walk through of the project before the bid due date.
