- The NDW Southern Area Solomon?s Complex has a requirement for a Simplified Acquisition with United Propane, 205 Najoles Rd., Millersville MD 21108. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number N42082-06-Q-0059 is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect of this requirement is being solicited as a 100 % Small Business Set-a-side.
