- The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following: 1) CL-20 Chemical, particle size 2 micron (Quantity - 10 pounds). This requirement is sole sourced to ATK Thiokol Propulsion due to unique capability of this company being the only company to generate the high quality of this material and the quantity requested. Any firms believing that they can provide this material may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice, clearly showing it's ability to do so without compromising the quality, accuracy, and reliability of the data or without causing programmatic hardship to the program.
