The National Park Service requires a firm, fixed-price service contract to perform Grounds Maintenance for the Governors Island National Monument on Governors Island, NY. LOCATION: Governors Island National Monument, New York, NY 10004. The NAICS code for this project is 561730and the small business size standard is $6.7 million. Contract duration is from award to September 30, 2006 with four 12 month option periods. This procurement is a Request for Quotation (RFQ) and is subject to the provisions of Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) Part 13. The National Park Service encourages the participation of disadvantaged and women-owned business enterprises. A site visit will be scheduled for all interested parties with the time and date to be announced in the solicitation. Responses will be due approximately 30 days following issuance of solicitation.
