- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for janitorial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 37.6, Performance Based Acquisition, and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotations are being reques ted and a written solicitation will be issued. Numbered Note #29 applies: The proposed contract is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns. Offers from other than Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned small business concerns will not be considered. This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. The provision at 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The specific evaluation criteria shall be Past Performance, Purchase P rice and Technical Factors. Bidders must comply with the requirements of provision at 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items. The clause at 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to thi s solicitation. The clause at 52.212-5 Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. Quotes must be received no later than 30 March 2006, at 10:00 AM. Quotes shall be sent to Maine Air National Guard, Base Contracting Office, 101 MSG/MSC, 101 Glen Avenue, Suite 493, Bangor, ME 04401-8013.
