- Arlington National Cementery, Arlington, Virginia has a requirement for the cleaning of headstones. Because of Arlingtons special significance and the attention it receives, strict adherence to the specifications in the solicitation is essential. C lean every gravestone in the Cemetery on an annual basis, as specified by the Site Manager. Cleanings will be evenly distributed throughout the timeframe. This award will be a Firm Fixed Price contract. This will be a low cost, technically acceptable aw ard. The FSC Code is Z300 and the NAICS Code is 238140. The award will consist of One base period from date of award through 30 Sep 2006 and Four additional One year options.
