- This information is for solicitation SP0100-06-R-0065. The item description is CLOTH, POLY/WOOL TROPICAL, KHAKI, #3729, CLASS 2, 10.5 OZ. The military specification is NCTRF PD 04-06 14 February 2006 and moth proof in accordance with MIL-C-43665. The purchase quantity is 1.2 million yards with four (4) additional one year option periods. The destination is the Contractor's plant. The delivery period is 330 days after the date of award. If the first article is waived then the delivery period is 210 days after the date of the award. The first delivery order will be for 12 deliveries. This solicitation will be issued as an unrestricted purchase that will result in a firm fixed price contract. This is a Best Value acquisition with Source Selection Procedures. The following factors will be utilized in descending order of importance: Past Performance, Quality Assurance Plan, Bill and Hold, Socioeconomic Consideration, DLA Mentoring Business Agreements (MBA) Program, and Javits-Wagner-O?Day Entity Proposal (JWOD). Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments.
