- The Coast Guard intends to solicit, negotiate and award a sole-source procurement to HARRIS Corporation 1201 East Abingdon Dr., Alexandria, VA 22314 for training of Coast Guard personnel at the USCG Communication Station Honolulu on the HARRIS RF-755 10 Kilowatt Transmitter (purchased by the Coast Guard) Additionally, the requirement includes troubleshooting and repairing this transmitter., under the authority of FAR 6.302. The NAICS Code is 334220. The small business size standard is 750 employees. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price. If no responses are received within fifteen (15) days with sufficient information to determine that another responsible source is available, negotiations will be conducted with Harris Corp..
