- This is a sources sought to purchase Software and Parts for the Tren-Tech badging system. These items include, Data PVC card printer part# SP-55, software upgrades INGORMS 4, on site setup and configuration, Convert existing information on database, Secure Touch Fingerprint Scanner w/IO board, Color ribbon for SP-55/ 500 badges Part# 552854-504, Black ribbon for SP-55/ 1500 badges part# 552954-501, SP-55 cleaner cards/ 10pack part# 55141-002, and SP-55 cleaning sleeves/ 10 pack part# 549716-002. All part numbers are for reference only. An “or equal” product will be accepted for all parts and software only if the software and parts are compatible with the Tren-Tech Badging System. This solicitation is 100% set aside for small business concerns. All firms or individuals interested must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). All responsive small business offerors will be considered by the agency.
