- The Time for Receipt of responses to RFC-001-006DC, Construction of Payment Limitation and Combined Producers Software, has been extended to, 3:00PM EST, December 30, 2005. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Request for Comment: The United StatementDepartment of Agriculture, Farm Service Agency is considering the procurement of contract services for the Construction of the Payment Limitation and Combined Producer Systems. The release of this draft Statement of Work along with two examples of performance requirements (i.e., the performance standards, deviation allowance,method of surveillance and incentives) is the first step to meet the requirements. Prior to the FSA undertaking the full acquisition process, we would like to determine if our needs can be met as presented in the SOW. Your response to the SoW and additional requirements should coincide with the numbering identifiable to the paragraph numbering provided in the documents provided. Comments will only be used to determine if we should proceed with a prourement and for the refinemeny of current draft specification. The Government will not pay for any information, literature, demonstration, etc. provided to the Government as a result of this RFC. In order for your response to receive full consideration, it should be received by December 16, 2005. Please mark on the outside of your envelope RFC-0001-006DC.
