- This requirement is sole source to Telephonics Corporation (Cage 78711), Farmingdale, NY. The Government does not own the technical data. Reference - Authority: 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c) (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source, and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This acquisition is to obtain a five year (basic year and four annual options) firm fixed price requirements type contract for the repair of the Communication Control Unit applicable to the HH-60G Intercommunication System. NSN: 5895-01-443-2092SO, P/N: 499-4800-005, Noun: Communication Control Unit. Basic year BEQ is 115 each, and BEQ for Option I through IV is 120 each. Numbered notes 22 and 26 apply. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (03-OCT-2005).
