- CBD notice posted on February 23, 2006 is hereby amended to reflect the following changes: Provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment and supervision to Modify Energy Management Control System, United States Tax Court, 400 Second Street, NW, Washington, DC. Procurement Method: This project shall be procured in accordance with the procedures of FAR 14.5?Two-Step Sealed Bidding. Step 1, Submission of the technical data package and subsequent clarification, if any, shall be used to determine the acceptability of the contractor and services offered. Step 2, Opening of sealed bids from contractors determined to have provided an acceptable technical data package in Step 1. A firm-fixed price contract will be awarded for the services. The estimated cost range for the project is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. This solicitation is set-aside for small businesses. The NAIC Code is 238290 and the small business size standard is $13,000,000.00. The solicitation issuance date is March 27, 2006; and the solicitation due date is April 27, 2006. GSA is issuing this solicitation electronically and on CD-ROM. You may access the solicitation documents at the Federal Business Opportunities Web Site Home Page: http://www.fbo.gov. However, the construction project drawings will be available on CD-ROM only. Potential bidders may pick-up a CD-ROM copy of the construction project drawings on March 27, 2006 at the General Services Administration, National Capital Region, Regional Office Building, Bid Room, Room 1065, 7th & D Streets, SW, Washington, DC 20407, at a non-refundable cost of $10.00 per CD-ROM copy. Payment should be made by check or money order payable to the General Services Administration. A receipt will be issued for the payment. In order to be placed on the bidders? list, potential bidders who intend to download this solicitation and purchase a CD-ROM must inform the points of contact Delores Peterson or Patricia Taylor in writing by mail, email or fax on 202-708-6838 of their company?s name, contact person, address, telephone, DUN number, email address and fax number.
