- Description
- The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center, San Diego (SSC San Diego), intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed price purchase order to DMP Services of El Cajon, CA. The contractor will provide design, analysis and systems engineering support of Unmanned Underwater Vehicles (UUV) and their related subsystems. Contractor support will be required in the areas of current and future ocean system capabilities, requirements, deployments and integration of the UUV. Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Use of any other contractor would result in substantial duplication of costs and delays for the Government based on the specialized knowledge and experience of DMP Services developed under previous competitive procurements. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO FEDBIZOPPS ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (13-MAR-2006).
