- Description
- The project consists of, but is not limited to, the demolition and removal of the existing rear entry, second floor stairway, and landing and new construction consists of, but is not limited to, the construction of new second floor landing and stairway. Also included will be concrete placement and finishing of footings, using cold weather practices. The stairway work will include metal framework; the roof section will include metal roofing and gutter system. Work is expected to begin on or about April 17, 2006 and must be totally completed by June 2, 2006. Forty-five calendar days are allotted for performance of the work. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. 100% payment bond will be required. The estimated issue date of solicitation is March 15, 2006. -------THIS SOLICITATION IS SET ASIDE FOR EMERGING SMALL BUSINESS-------------------------------------------------------------------Please note that this modification corrects the previously issued notice by deleting the reference to an Emerging Small Business set-aside and redesignating this solicitation as one which will be accomplished using Full and Open Competition.
