QPL applies. MSDS/Labeling is required. This is a Critical Application Item. FOB will be Destination; Inspection & Acceptance will be at Origin. Delivery is 66 DARO. The Guaranteed Minimum for the Base Year Only is 80,011 qts. The Estimated Annual Demand is 320,044 qts. The Maximum Annual Qty is 64,088 qts. Solicitation will be issued on or about March 28, 2006 and closing date will be April 28, 2006.
