- This is modification 10 to the synopsis entitled "Center Operations Support Services (COSS) follow-on," Synopsis No. NNJ05122616L, which was originally posted on August 2, 2005. You are notified of the following: A Contractor/Civil Servant Procurement Roundtable Forum was held on March 13, 2006 at the Johnson Space Center (JSC), Gilruth Recreation Center. The forum topic was the "Ostensible Subcontractor Ruling" presented by the Small Business Administration (SBA).
