- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation package will not be issued. Solicitation number TIRNO-06-Q-00057 is issued as a request for quotations. Contractor shall provide (Item 1) Leed?s Identity 7600-59 Compu-Attache? bag or equal. Quantity ? 1500 each. Color ? black, made from 840d Polyester; 12.5?H x 18?W x 4?D, deluxe organizer under split-access front pocket, padded computer pouch (maximum size: 11.5?H x 15.5?W x 2.5?D) in main compartment with file divider, back panel slips over telescoping handles for easy transport, zippered back pocket for extra storage, upgraded hardware and carry handle grip for added style and comfort, detachable, adjustable shoulder strap. Bags to be imprinted with Chief Counsel Seal on the front side of the bag ? centered on the larger outer pocket in gold print. (Item 2) Luggage tags ? Quantity ? 1500 each. Made from 840d nylon, color - black with window opening with a plastic covering with a blank card inside for name identification. (Item 3) Shipping charges. Pre-production samples will be requested. Award is anticipated under Simplified Acquisition procedures and will be based on lowest price to the government. This is a set-aside for small business concerns. All responsible sources who can provide the above requirements shall submit a quote via email no later than 15 days from the posted date of this announcement. All quotes must include unit price for each item, total price, FOB point, a contact person (name and phone number), delivery time, business size, payment terms and DUN?s number.
