- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source contract to Outdoor Odyssey, 450 Boy Scout Road, Boswell, PA 15531 for a Leadership Development Program to include: comprehensive training facility and personnel to support MCJROTC Leadership Development Resident Program for no less than 100 participants; must produce a feasibility study , develop and subsequently conduct a pilot implementation; heated indoor facility to conduct training 12 months of the year; indoor and outdoor training elements for rope climbing, rappeling and implementation of aerobic and strength training; outdoor facility must include some element of water sports conditioning; must allow for simultaneous continuious training for at least 10 subgroups; individual and team training elements patterned after Leadership Reaction Course and Obstacle Course also available for USMC Officer Candidates at MCB Quantico, house, feed (breakfast, lunch and hot supper) and provide personal hygiene accomodations! for approximately 100 mixed gender participants in a non-expeditionary environment for one week up to two weeks; must be geographically centrally located to serve specific Marine Corps Districts in an area extending approximately from New York State to North Carolina to Tennessee.
