The Trident Refit Facility, Naval Submarine Base, Kings Bay, GA requires the following items. (1) Cutting Blades manufactured from Monel material, Dimensions: 2 inch x 3.5 inches x 1 inch. Part Number: A000810032000. Quantity: 27 Each. (2) Bolts manufactured from Monel material, Dimensions are 3/8 ? 16 x 2 inches long. Self Locking. Part Number: A000150574000. Quantity: 54 Each. (3) Stop Block, manufactured from Monel material, Dimensions: 3.5 inches x .562 x 2 inches. Part Number: A000810069000. Quantity: 3 Each. (4) Bolts manufactured from Monel material, Dimensions: 3/8 ? 16 x 1 inches long. Self Locking. Part Number: A000150574001. Quantity: 6 Each. It is the Governments intent to Award on a Sole Source Basis to Waukesha Bearings who is the manufacturer of these items. The Government reserves the right to award on an ?All or None? basis.
