- The Naval Air Systems Command intends to award a Sole Source Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract to Goodrich Control Systems LTD, UK, for labor, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, and supervision for the F402-RR-408/408A/B and ?406Engine Accessories, Gas Turbine Starter (GTS), Component Improvement Program (CIP). Engineering Project Description (EPDs) shall be incrementally funded via subsequent delivery orders. Numbered Note 22 applies
