Description

The U.S. Army Communications Electronics Command (CECOM), under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304 (c)(1), Only one responsible source, intends to contract on a sole source basis to EDO Communications and Countermeasures Systems, Inc., Thousand Oaks, Ca lifornia to provide Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) services for the maintenance of Warlock Red and Green Electronic Countermeasure (ECM) Devices. The CLS services are for the currently fielded Warlock Red and Warlock Green systems in Operation Iraqi F reedom (OIF) and Operation Enduring Freedom (OEF) and those to be fielded within the next year. The planned support will include Field Service Support and in theater installation, CONUS Depot Support Services including Repair and Return, Depot lay-in-stoc k, System Training, SW support, Configuration Management, Obsolescence Management, Test Support. The duration of the planned sole source contract action to EDO Communications and Countermeasure Systems Inc. is a four month effort. The contract type envisi oned is Time and Materials.
