Required delivery without First Article is 35 each, 240 days after contract award. This item is restri cted to Bell Helicopter Textron Inc., CAGE Code: 97499 because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) are not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award.
