- The Office of the Project Manager for Combat Ammunition Systems (PM-CAS), Picatinny, NJ 07806-5000, is conducting a market survey to identify potential small business hub-zone concerns to provide advertising and integrated marketing solutions necessary for the timely and cost effective management of PM CAS ammunition and weapons systems and components of all Acquisition Milestone and Phases throughout the life cycle of the program, including fielding, deployment and disposal. Advertising and integrated marketing solutions, through individual tasks, will include, but not limited to communication planning, conference management support and display and exhibits. Task requirements for communications planning will consist of, but not limited to developing communications plans and strategies, developing overall Artillery Modernizations Strategies and outreach efforts that identify stakeholders and target audiences, and recommending modes of communications. Task requirements for conference management will consist of, but not limited to project management and coordination, site selection and negotiation, budget and financial coordination, conference registration, on-site conference management, technical program coordination, exhibit management, presentation management support, pre-conference publicity and conference attendee surveys. Task requirements for displays and exhibits will consist of but not limited to graphic and layout design of current and future PM CAS displays, on-site setup and staffing of PM Office display/exhibits for marketing events such as tradeshows and symposiums. In addition, tasks will include pre-conference marketing planning, developing and producing promotional materials, posters, brochures and handout materials. This is a market survey for information only and shall not be construed as a request for proposal or as an obligation on the part of the US Government. The US Government does not intend to award a contract on the basis of this market survey or otherwise pay for information solicited. The Government is not obligated to notify respondents of the results of this survey.
