- Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, transportation, delivery and pick up, tools, supervision and any other items necessary to perform all operations in connections with the delivery of Liquid Polymer and Belt Cleaner for the Wast ewater Treatment Plant at Fort Bragg, North Carolina for a base period of 1 May 2006 through 30 April 2007 (plus 4 one-year option periods). The Government estimates ordering 24 totes (2,125 pounds/250 gallons per each tote) of Liquid Polymer for base yea r plus four one-year option periods (6 deliveries annually, with 4 totes per delivery). The Government estimates ordering 12 drums (55-gallon drums) of Belt Cleaner for the base year plus four one-year option periods (3 deliveries annually with 4 drums pe r delivery). The Government intends to award a fixed price requirements type contract for this effort. This acquisition is being set-aside 100% for small business concerns only. The National American Industry Classification System is (NAICS) code is 32 5998. The size standard is 500 employees. It is now a requirement that all contractors doing business with the Department of Defense be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) which is available on-line at http://www.ccr.gov/.
