- AFDW/A7K, Bolling AFB, DC intends to solicit and negotiate with Price Systems LLC under authority of FAR 6-302-1(a)(2)(iii) entitled "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements:" Authorization to do this is contained under 10 U.S.C. 2304-(c)1. award to Price Systems L.L.C. This is an annual license renewal (Price Systems H/HL/S Site License Renewal) that supports the Air Force Cost Analysis Agency. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation for offers. A determination by the government to not compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future. This notice should not be construed as a commitment by the Government.
