- This pre-solicitation notice is being issued to let potential offerors know that the solicitation for Contractor Operated Civil Engineering Supply Store (COCESS) at Charleston AFB SC will be distributed on the Electronic Posting Systems (EPS) Internet site, http://fbo.gov only, on or about 01 Apr 06 Apr 06. Contractor is to set up and maintain a store in Government owned facilities and will be responsible for furnishing Civil engineering related supplies for use on Charleston AB SC. Typical categories of supplies include, but are not limited to electrical, plumbing, carpentry, paint, HVAC, and other related building materials. The parts will be used for maintenance of O&M facilities and Military Family Housing facilities. The solicitation will be an unrestricted solicitation. The duration of this contract wil be a Base year of 12 months and (4) One-year option periods. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) Code is 444110 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. No paper copies of the solicitation will be available. Once again, the issue date is on or about 01 Apr 06. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this office.
