- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is set-aside 100% for small businesses. Businesses must be within the Warner Robins area. NAICS: 444220 SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: $6.5 M Statement of Work: Local nursery will provide plants and shrubs to Military Family Housing (525 houses) occupants from 15 Apr 06 through 15 May 06. Vouchers worth $50.00 will be presented by the military member or spouse, with which they can purchase any items on the approved plant list (not to exceed $50.00). The vendor will collect the voucher and write the amount of purchase. The vouchers will be picked up by Rhonda Brantley on a weekly basis. Vendor will submit one invoice at the end of program, and one payment will be issued. Contact Becky Cochran (becky.cochran@robins.af.mil) for approved plant listing.
