- Notice of Intent to award Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for Quest software service renewal to DLT Solutions Inc., 13861 Sunrise Valley Drive Suite 400, Herndon, VA 20171. The acquisition of Quest software service is necessary for AFCCC/SC to satisfy mission requirements. The 55th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2)(ii). Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination not to compete this proposed procurement was made because market research indicated that DLT Solutions Inc. is the only company authorized to provide service for Quest software. The procurement of the Quest software services must be completed in a timely manner in order to meet mission requirements.
