- Description
- The 1st Contracting Squadron, Langley AFB, VA intends to award a sole-source contract with Fairfield & Sons Ltd, Harrisonburg, VA for the following item: 1) 7 each Rosetta Stone Online Languages for Library Resource Center. Products must be web interactive learning for Arabic, Chinese, Danish, Dutch, English (UK), English (US), French, German, Greek, Hebrew, Hindi, Indonesian, Italian, Japaneze, Korean, Latin, Pashto, Polish, Portugese (BR), Russian, Spanish (Latin America), Spanish (Spain), Swahili, Swedish, Thai, Turkish, Vietnamese, and Welsh with 100 users having accessability at one time. Contractor must provide all items, and no partial shipments are authorized. The authority for this non-competitive award is 41 USC 253 (c)(1) as set forth in FAR 6.302-1. Interested concerns may identify their interest and submit a capability statement that demonstrates their ability to provide the required equipment. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive acquisition. This notice is NOT a request for competitive proposals. No solicitation is available; therefore, requests for such documents will be considered invalid responses. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the Government. Responses to F2QF256038A100 must be in writing.
