Description
The Sierra Pacific Network Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Commercial Item Request for Quotation (RFQ) in accordance with FAR 12.203 to purchase and install a nurse call system at the Stockton Outpatient Clinic located at 500 West Hospital Road, French Camp, CA. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. NOTE: All junction boxes for the dome lights and call buttons are already installed and have conduit to the ceiling. The successful offerer shall furnish all supervision, labor, transportation, tools, and materials to install a nurse call system meeting the following requirements: (a) Sixteen (16) exam rooms will have one (1) nurse call button and one (1) emergency button housed together in one (1) single gang box. Both buttons shall be able to be reset in the room and will trigger an alarm at the master nurse call station and all auxiliary sounders. Both buttons will trigger the 2-color (white and red lights) dome light outside of the room, nurse call triggering the white light and emergency triggering the red light. Both buttons will also trigger corresponding intersectional/zone light. (b) Thirty Four (34) emergency call buttons to be located in each of the four (4) intake rooms, the triage room, the treatment room, the phlebotomy room, the consult room, the two (2) group rooms, six (6) bathrooms (located on wall near the water closet, in the reception area, and each of the seventeen (17) offices. Call buttons in the treatment rooms and group rooms are to be located on the wall. All other buttons are to be hidden and mounted under desks. All buttons will actuate master nurse call plus auxiliary sounders. The emergency call buttons will trigger red dome lights outside of the room. (c) Fifty (50) dome lights! install ed over rooms. Thirty four (34) of those dome lights will have one single red light. Sixteen (16) dome lights will be dual type with red and white lights. (d) Three (3) intersectional/zone lights with an audible alarm. There may be the need to audible on a few of the dome lights so that the alarms are audible throughout. (e) One master nurse call station and two (2) staff stations to be installed as shown on diagram to be presented upon request. User training and maintenance training will be provided. The system shall include manuals, schematics, drawings, software, and/or keys necessary to provide maintenance. A one (1) year warranty will apply to the nurse call system, including all parts and labor. Solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-07.
