- The Western Area Power Administration, Upper Great Plains Region, has a requirement to obtain OATInet, a managed and dedicated communications circuit that interfaces with our existing webTagging, webSweep, and webRTO systems currently in place. OATInet is only available from Open Access Technology International, 2300 Berkshire Lane, Minneapolis MN 55441. It is our intent to obtain OATInet from Open Access Technology International. No solicitation document is available, and telephone requests for such will not be accepted. However, any firm that believes it can meet the requirements of providing OATInet may give written notification to the Contracting Officer within five (five) calendar days from the date of publication of this synopsis. Supporting evidence must be furnished in sufficient detail, to demonstrate the ability to comply with the above requirements.
