- This requirement is for the purchase of TeamQuest performance software for AIX which includes one year of support from April 1, 2006 to March 31, 2007. The TeamQuest software assistance, information and updates are required to support the TeamQuest software and cannot be obtained from any other source. There is no other source for distribution of media, for telephone support, nor for update distribution. The TeamQuest software is a tool that works with HP?s Measure Ware, which is already implemented in PTO?s environment, to provide real-world analytical models of the relationships between workload elements and system resources from Measure Ware data collected on the system and cannot be obtained from any other source. TeamQuest is also heavily integrated into and tailored to the PTO environment among the AIX, Microsoft and Linux operating system platforms. There is no other software product that provides analytical queuing analysis and discrete event simulation. This software can only be obtained from TeamQuest. TeamQuest has sole ownership of this software product and is currently the only vendor to support, maintain and freely distribute these products.
