- Request For Proposal (RFP) for National Stock Number (NSN) 5940-00-271-7741, YPG05196000673, Splice Conductor, QPL Applies. This is a Definite Quantity Contract for a base only. This RFP will be issued as Unrestricted Other Than Full and Open Competition. No Electronic Bulletin Board (EBB) or Internet Quoting Services (IQS) proposals will be accepted for this solicitation. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Proposals will be based on (10504 packages of 100 each metal crimp splices and 100 each heat shrink insulation sleeves. The award will be based upon a combination of delivery, price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation with delivery equal to price. FOB at Destination; Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.mil/home or http://12.3.216.20/home on the issue date cited in the RFP.
