Subject procurement is an INDEFINITE QUANTITY CONTRACT with a base plus four option years. Subject RFP Estimated annual quantity for the base year: 1632 each, Estimated annual qty for option years: 1632 each. OTHER THAN FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES. The requested delivery schedule cited in the RFP is 38 days ARO. Final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This will not be located on the Procurement Gateway. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Internet Bid Board System at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
