- PGC: 03127, NSN: 8415-01-529-2612(s), Fuel Handler Gloves, Masley Enterprises part number 8415-01-529-2612 and/or equal to. This solicitation will be issued as a total small business set-aside. This acquisition is for an IDTC with a minimum quantity of 2,500 prs and a maximum quantity of 20,000 prs, plus three (3) one year term options with the same quantities. Shipments are to be made to the New Cumberland, PA depot; FOB destination, inspection and acceptance at destination. Deliveries will start 180 days after the date of award. The anticipated issuance of the solicitation is March 29, 2006. All responsible sources may submit offers, which DSCP shall consider. This acquisition will also contain DOMESTIC RESTRICTIONS, which means that all components and all manufacturing must be obtained/performed within the UNITED STATES. Availability of solicitations, FAR 5.102(d) applies, as our office no longer issues solicitations or amendments in paper form. Offeror should register to receive notification of this solicitation or solicitation amendments. Copies of this solicitation can be found on the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil/home AFTER March 29, 2006. From the Gateway homepage, select "Search RFPs" from the left-hand sidebar. Then choose the RFP you wish to view. You must be registered in order to download RFPs. If you are not, you will be directed to register at time of download.
