PRON: AX5M0570AX, NSN: 1615-00-918-2676, P/N: 204-040-003-37, Quantity: 96 each minimum/360 each maximum 4 Year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) requirement applicable to UH-1H Airframe. The conatractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, tools, test equipment, and material. Contractor furnished parts shall be either manufa cturer's original equipment or from an approved, qualified and/or engineering tested vendor. No surplus parts shall be used or applied. The Overhaul of parts, equipment, and components specified shall be IAW the specific instructions set forth in the DMWR 55-1560-123 and AMCOM Engineering Directives and additional information as follows: AED T2840, AED T3145, MEO T4055, MEO T4056, MEO T5083 and MEO T5094. Input and Output NSN: 1615-00-918-2676. Input and Output P/N: 204-040-003-37. Yearly quantities are 9 6 each Year One, 96 each (est) Year Two, 96 each (est) Year Three and 72 each (est) Year Four. Destination with delivery to Red River Army Depot is 30-90 days after receipt of assets at a rate of 8 per month. This item is restricted to the only known app roved source: Bell Helicopter Textron, Inc. Hurst, TX, cage code 97499. This is a Critical Safety Item (CSI). Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek sour ce approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessisng the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Qualification Procedures for Aviation Requirements. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted depende nt upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. No telephone reques ts will be accepted.
