- Description
- The U.S. Special Operations Command,Technology Applications Contracting Office intends to issue a modification to Contract Number USZA95-01-D-0003 for procurement of Special Operations Aviation qualified Developmental Test Pilots as well as non-rated crewmembers. The requirement is to procure 1 each MH-60 Civilian Mission Maintenance Flight Instructor (CMMTFI): 1 each MH-47 CMMTFI: 1 each MH-47 Civilian Maintenance Flight Instructor (CMFI): and 1 each MH-47 Civilian Mission Crewmember Instructor (CMCI). The intended source is International Development and Resources, 10560 Main, Suite LL10, Fairfax, VA 22030. The authority and justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. This is a DOA1 rated order. Services will be performed at Ft Campbell, KY 40516. The period of performance will be from 1 April 2006 to 30 Nov 2006. The anticipated award date is 27 Mar 2006 .
