- Description
- The contractor shall provide a broad range of comprehensive force management technical, analytical and administrative support to the U.S. Army Force Management Support Agency and other branches of the military services. The scope of work includes pe rforming studies and analytical services, research and data collection, data analysis, group facilitation process and interoperability IT solutions. Personnel must have a top secret clearance. This is 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Program w ith a NAICS Code of 541618. The size standard for which is a concern, including its affiliates whose average annual gross revenue does not exceed $6.5 million. This will be a firm fixed priced Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity type contract that wi ll include a Base year and 4 one-year options. The solicitation package will be available on or about 27 Mar 2006. This is a best value procurement. The solicitation will not be provided in a printed paper format, however, the Government reserves the ri ght to revert to paper medium when it is determined to be in the Governments best interest. Solicitation documents will be posted on FedTeds. FedTeds is a web-based dissemination tool designed to safeguard acquisition-related information.
