PRON: AX6C0207AX, NSN: 5120-00-509-8085, PN: LTCT1152, This is a firm fixed price contract, with a base year and two (2) 100% options applicable to CH-47, Quantity: 16 each minimum/48 each maximum, delivery to to DD SP NEW CUMBERLAND FACILITY, BLDG MISSION DOOR 113, 134, New Cumberland, PA. 17070-5001. Required delivery is 16 each, 285 Days After Contract Award (DACA) with First Article and 16 each, 190 DACA without First Article. The First Article Test Report is du e 179 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has rights to the technical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling, or manufacturing restrictions. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. By U.S. law, participation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
