- Description
- The contractor shall furnish all depot level labor, facilities, special tooling, test equipment and materials for maintenance and repair of the CH-47, Actuator Electro ME. Input/Output NSN: 1680-01-120-7642 Input/Output P/N: 541604-8-1 The proposed contractual action will be a Five (5) year, firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a minimum quantity of 10 each and the maximum quantity of 252 each. The Maximum quantity includes an estimated 20 % for Foreign Military Sales. Required delivery shall be FO Origin to New Cumberland, PA, beginning 90 days after receipt of assets. Overhaul is to be accomplished in accordance with Depot Maintenance Work Requirement (DMWR) 55-1680-289, dated 01 June 19 80, C5099B, C5214, C5240, C5474, C5485, C5498, C5567 and C5615 and the applicable AMCOM Engineering Directives (AEDs). This requirement is Fully Competitive. All responsible sources may submit an offer that may be considered by the agency. Firms that re cognize and perform maintenance and repair on the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. No telephone requests for solicitation will be accepted. Request for solicitation will be by mail or email only. Proposals will only be accepted by mail . No datafax or emails will be accepted for proposals. This requirement is currently unfunded. Award will be withheld pending receipt of sufficient funds. The closing date annotated is an estimate date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of rel ease of the solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. See number note #26.
