A Firm-Fixed Price requirement is contemplated under full and open competition. The approximate solicitation issue date will be 17 Mar 2006 with a response by 17 Apr 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The proposed contract action is for supplies and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with all responsive and responsible sources. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to this procurement described above will be made available and will be furnished by the Government.
