A firm fixed price is contemplated to be awarded to Small Business firm. The proposed contract is a Small Business Set-Aside. All offers from other than Small Business concerns will not be considered. To be eligible for award as a small business, an offer must represent in good faith that it is a small business at the time of its written representation as determined by the Small Business Administration. The government owns data rights to this item and will provide such data for all Small Business firms during the solicitation phase. The approximate issue date will be 15 Mar 2006 with a response by 15 May 2006. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals.
