Description

VA Medical Center, 4801 Linwood Blvd., Kansas City, MO 64128 requires teleradiology software solution that will provide secure, remote access to radiology images for clinical review. Enterprise wide, web based image distribution product/system which enables clinicians and referring physicians access to instant diagnostic quality images any time at any location throughout the medical center, home or office is required. ASP service is preferred. System will support a maximum number of 5 (five) concurrent users and have the option to add users as necessary. The Kansas City VA Medical Center performs approximately 52,000 procedures annually. The procedures are a mix of CT, MRI, ultrasound, and routine diagnostic exams. This list of procedures is not all inclusive. The vendor will provide equipment which will be leased for a maximum of three (3) years (base year plus two option years). The vendor will supply, service, and maintain all equipment throughout the lease. All labor, hardware, software (including malware protective software, anti-spyware, etc.), licensing, modality interface, image review, maintenance, upgrades (hardware and software), and other items necessary to provide the service in addition to the equipment will be provided by the vendor. After three years, the Kansas City VA Medical Center will be given the option to purchase the equipment, software, licensing, and other items provided by the vendor.
