Description: This project will include a preliminary design of the entire Building 1 steam condensate system. Once the design is reviewed, a decision will be made on what will be included in the project. Work will include the replacement of selected risers, expansion tank, pumps, and associated coils, traps, and piping. A CERTIFIED INDUSTRIAL HYGIENIST IS REQUIRED. Estimated construction cost range is $250,000 to $500,000. The area of consideration is within (150) mile radius of this facility. Firms desiring consideration shall submit their qualifications and past performance of SF 330 (Architect Engineer Qualifications) and, for any consultants, on SF 330 Extra Section E and F no later than 4/11/06.
